幹事様という場合、
厳密には2通りあるとおもいます。
 
①前回のコンペの優勝者ですとか、
　ブービーの方がなられて、賞品の準備や、
　当日の運営（会費集め・受付ほか）をされる方。
 
②コンペの予約をしたり、参加者集めをし、
　経理他、会そのものの全体の運営をされる方。
 
両方を兼ねられる方も多々いらっしゃいますが、
①の場合に困りがちなのは
コンペ賞品の選定でしょう。
 
もらって嬉しいものがよいのですが、
それは当然、人によって異なります。
同じ品でも喜ぶ人と、そうではない人もいます。
 
以前、ティファールの電気ポットが賞品として
燦然と輝いているコンペがありました。
 
でも、たまたま私の家には同じ物が3つもあり、
1つはまだ未使用の状態だったため、
あれだけは勘弁と思っていると、
 

 
ちゃんとそれが当たるんですよねえ。
 
ボールやクラブもそうで、
使用球の決まっている人に
使わない種類のボールが賞品と渡されても
 
ということがあります。
 
全般的にですが、
より多くの人が喜ばれるのは
食品系、特に果物系か、
味気ないですけど現金or商品券。
 
見ていて、そんな感じがします。
 
食品系を選ばれる場合は、
たいていのゴルフ場には
出入りの業者さんがいらっしゃいますので、
 
賞品総額と賞品点数をゴルフ場に伝えれば、
ゴルフ場で発注をし、当日用意をしてくれます。
 
こういう方法を取られると運ぶ手間等も省けます。
 
②の幹事様の場合、お助けとなるのは、
人が足りなかったら参加する
という助っ人要員ですね。
 
こういう方々はたいていどこかのコースの
メンバーさんで、ゴルフは別にいつでもできる
ため、幹事さんにそう言ってくれるんですねえ。
 
でも、クラブ持って、すぐに走れ！
と若い人にも言って頂ける方であれば
需要が高まるのは当然で、
 
本来、呼ばれるのは1/4の確率のはずですが、
幹事さんも進行をきちんと進めたいため、
それ以上の頻度で呼ばれることとなります。
 
で、
なにい。俺、来んでもよかったじゃん。
むしろ1人、余分じゃん。
ということが多々発生します。
 
ただ、若い人に指示することもなくむしろ自分が
ショットイップス等でラウンド進行の遅い方は、
頼まれる確率が逆に1/4以下となります。
 
そのため、コンペ間近になると幹事に
メンバー集まった？大丈夫？
としきりに尋ねるのですが、
 
いえ、大丈夫です。
と、そのつどつれなく
答えられることとなります。
 
幹事さんもマスター室の視線があるし、
本当に遅れることなく
ラウンド進行したいんですよね。
 
そのために悩むこととなるのが
組み合わせですが、
その話はまたいずれ。
 
これがまた難しいんです。

Golf competition support goods
