コンペ名はどのようなコンペなのか
すぐにわかるような名前が一番多いです。
 
ゴルフへの思いがあふれ出たもの、
受け狙い？と思われるものも多々あります。
 
今日はそれらをご紹介したいと思います。
 
ゴルフ虎の穴
年齢層が限られるかもしれませんが、
ゴルフへの熱い思いが伝わるネーミング
だと思います。
 
ゴルフ爺婆№１決定戦
前に書かせて頂いた通り
これは私どものコースのキャディさんや、
ポーターの方々を中心とした社内コンペです。
 
37エッサッサ
意味はよくわかりません。
 
が、「んっ？」と思わせるネーミングです。
そして、「37」回以上、続いているんでしょうか？
 
要介護の会、要支援の会
共に同じ方が主催されているコンペで、
ご推察いただけるとおり、
参加者は全員70才前後の方々です。
 
が、70才にしてこの自虐ネタ。
団塊世代の方の底力を感じます。
 
暇で倒れそうなおじさんコンペ
これも自虐ネタ。
恐ろしいセンスとしか言いようがありません。
 
サンベルの鹿を愛する会
最初はサンベルの鹿を食べる会だったのですが、
ブラックユーモアがきつすぎ、名前がちょっと
変更になりました。
 
サンベルの鹿の糞を掃除する会
こちらは上記コンペの次年度ですね。
 
ある参加者はフロントの女性に
 
「すみません。
　糞は３個しか拾えませんでした。
　来年は、もっと頑張ります。」
 
と謝っていらっしゃいました。
 
他に、
 
「ウソツキ会」
「裏友の会」
「裏品証杯」
「ガソリンオープン」
「鈴木さんにメロンをあげる会」
「もう少し がんばる会」
 
などは、ちょっと気になるコンペ名です。
 
もう少し がんばる会は
私の知り合いのコンペです。
 
少々ラウンド進行が遅かったため、マスター室から
「渡辺さん、『もう少しがんばる』
　ように言って下さいよ。」
 
と言われ、冷や汗が出ました。

The most common name for a competition is one that immediately identifies what kind of competition it is.
 
There are many competition names that overflow with passion for golf,
and some that seem to be intended to make people laugh.
 
Today I would like to introduce them to you.
 
Golf Tiger’s Cave
It may be for a limited age group, but I think it’s a name that conveys a passion for golf.
 
Grandpa and Grandma Golf Championship
As I mentioned before, this is an internal competition for the caddies and porters at our courses.
 
37 Hoi Hoi Hoi
I’m not sure what it means.
But it’s a name that makes you think, “Huh?”
And has it continued for more than “37” times?
 
Associations for those in need of nursing care
Associations for those in need of assistance
Both competitions are hosted by the same person, and as you might imagine, all of the participants are around 70 years old.
 
But at 70 years old, they’re telling this self-deprecating joke.
It really shows the strength of the baby boomer generation.
 
A competition between men who are so bored they might collapse
This is also a self-deprecating joke.
All I can say is that the sense is amazing.
 
Sunbell’s Deer-Loving Competition
It was originally called “Sunbell’s Venison Eating Party,” but the black humor was a bit too harsh, so the name was changed a bit.
 
Sunbell deer poop cleaning competition
This is the name of the competition for the next year after the one mentioned above.
 
One participant apologized to the woman at the front desk, saying,
“I’m sorry. I only managed to pick up three pieces of poop.
I’ll try harder next year.”
 
Other interesting competition names include
 
“Liars Club,”
“Secret Friends Club,”
“Secret Quality Assurance Cup,”
“Gasoline Open,”
“Competition to Give Suzuki a Melon,”
“Try a Little Harder Club,”
 
these are some interesting competition names.
 
“Try a Little Harder Club” is a competition run by a friend of mine.
 
The competition round was progressing a little slowly,
so the person in charge in the master’s room said to me,
 
“Mr. Watanabe, please tell them to try a little harder.”
