そんな中、唯一、利害の一致することがあります。
 
朝、一刻も早く暖房をつけると、
従業員もお客さんも暖かい。
 
それは確かにそうですけど
そんなことではありません。
スロープレーヤーの督促・排除がそれです。
 
クチコミ意見を見ても、
ネット等の意見を見ても、
そして直接お客さんに聞いても、
一番お客さんが不満を持つのは
ラウンド時間が待ち待ちで長くなることです。
 
お客さんがもっとも嫌うことは
ゴルフ場としても改善したいことの
一番手となります。

プレーヤーの心構えによる所が大きいです。
 
そのため、初心者でも早い方がいる反面、
慣れた方々でもメンバーの方を含めて
クレームを受けがちな方々がいらっしゃいます。
 

 
本日は雪の影響で、新城カントリー様では
スタート時間が大幅に遅れてという状況でした。
 
そんな中、北の1番でドライバーを手に、
グリーンが空くのをずっと待っている
パーティがいました。
 
このホールではOBの危険性と進行上の理由から
グリーンに届くクラブを握る人はまずいません。
 
その時の後続パーティから聞こえてきた
ひそひそ話を紹介して
