従来は、その場限りの出来事でしたので、金品を
渡すとかそういうことで処理をし、それに味を占めた
人たちがということも多々あったと思います。
 
でも、これからは
 
その場しのぎのために金品を渡す等をすると、
それが必ず世に広まり、かえってそれによって
企業がダメージを受けたり、
 
何でそいつらには・・・という感情を他の大事な
お客様に起こさせかねないという時代になる
 
と思います。
 
よって、誰に対しても後ろ指を指されない
平等な対応をしていかなければならないと
思うのです。
 
例えば、
 
現在は茶店でみそ汁の無料サービスをしていますが、
有料の場合にタダで飲ませろとか、俺には50％引きに
しろというお客さんにはきちんと断る。
 
そして、そういうことが必要と判断したら、特定の
人ではなく無料の味噌汁のように全員に同じ条件を
取らせて頂く
 
ということです。
 
特に料金関係、とりわけプレー代は
ゴルフ場経営の根幹であるため、
どこのゴルフ場でも考え抜いて設定しています。
 
そのため、そこをどうのこうのとなった場合、
 
どのような理由があろうと、特定の人だけその場
しのぎで値引きする等は絶対にしてはいけないと
思うんですよね。
 
例えば、お試しラウンドという制度は
多くのコースにあると思いますが、
 
このような制度化されたものであれば
不公平ということではありませんので、
料金のディスカウントは問題ありません。
 
でも、それを規定以上に利用しようとする
方々がいらっしゃればそれは断固拒否すべき
だと考えています。
