多少上りですが、概ねまっすぐで
距離が青で334、白で308、赤で244yd
と短く、比較的簡単なホールです。
 
谷越えと言っても、
よほどのミスショットでない限り超えます。
 
注意事項は次の3点（だと思います）。
 
①左は林でOB、右が受けているので
　ティショットは右狙い。
 
②グリーンを狙うショットは1番手大きめでも。
 
③ティショットで右側はセーフティですが、
　カート道で跳ねると、カート道を伝わって
　レディース(赤)ティの位置（残り244yd）
　まで戻ってきてしまいます。
 
　そのため、正確には右センター狙いがベスト。
 

 

 
残り2ホール、左には打たなかった、何とか2onを
 
と思ってカートに乗っていると、
ボールがカート道をコロコロ転がっているのを
目撃することがあります。
 
そして、それが最後に打った自分の玉だと
気づいた時のショックは大きいです。
 
このケースは結構あり、
同伴者には必ずバックスピン効きすぎ～
とか言われます。
 
ドライバーでバックスピンなんて効くかいっ！
（実際には多少、バックスピンがかかってますが）

Sunbell IN No. 17: A hole with extremely strong backspin
Although it is slightly uphill, it is generally straight and the distance is short
at 334 yards from the blue tees, 308 yards from the white tees, and 244 yards from the red tees, making it a relatively easy hole.
 
Even though it’s said to be over a valley,
it will go over it unless there is a major mishit.
 
There are three points to note (I think):
 
①There is a forest on the left that is out of bounds and a catch on the right,
so aim your tee shot to the right.
 
② For shots aimed at the green, you can go one club larger.
 
③For tee shots, the right side is safe, but if the ball bounces at the cart path,
it will travel along the cart path and come back to the ladies’ (red) tee (244 yards remaining).
 
Therefore, it’s best to aim for the center right.

you might see the ball rolling down the cart path.
 
And the shock when you realise it’s your ball is huge.
 
This happens quite often,
and your companion will always say, “The backspin is too strong.”
 
I can’t really create backspin with a driver!
