The ball is dropped from knee height
The tragedy of dropping a ball in a bunker and it sinking into the sand may no longer occur.

No double-hit penalty
A double hit occurs when the ball hits the golfer again in the air after the shot is taken.
 
This can sometimes result in a triple hit, so there will no longer be any trouble wondering, “What shot should we assume his next shot will be?”

If the ball is out of bounds or lost, the next shot should be taken from a location nearby.
If this happens on your tee shot, your fourth shot will be counted from around that spot.

and a shot taking no more than 40 seconds.
 
“Re-hitting outside the bunker”
and “re-hitting around the area where the ball went out of bounds”
are also the purpose of “Ready Golf.”

英語から日本語に直訳されたような
その概要説明を更に超概要として下記に
記載してみます。
 
ドロップは膝の高さから
バンカー内でドロップし、目玉になってしまう
という悲劇は今後なくなるかもしれません。
朗報ですね。
 
2度打ちのペナルティはなしに
ショットを打った後に空中で再度ボールが当たって
しまう2度打ち。
 
これは、3度打ちになる場合もあり、「次は何打目
になるんだ？」と喧嘩になることもなくなります。
 
嬉しいようなちょっと寂しいようなですねえ。
 
OB・ロストボールはその付近から次打を
ティショットでならその付近から4打目という
勘定になります。

パーオン狙いが外れてバンカー、そのまま打てば
ボギーon可能なのに救済を使うとトリプルボギー
on以上が確定してしまいます。
 
レディゴルフの推奨
紛失球の探索時間が5分⇒3分に短縮、
ショットをするのに40秒以上かけないこと等、
「レディゴルフ」が随所に顔を出しています。
 
「バンカー外での打ち直し」、「OBになった
辺りでの打ち直し」も「レディゴルフ」が目的
でしょう。
 
「ピンを抜かないままパットOK」も多分そうでしょう。
 
「レディゴルフ」が動き始めた以上、
先々は更なる変更も出てくると思います。
 
カップの直径も試合のレベルに応じて変化する
時代になるかもしれません。
 
これはきっとなりますよ。
 
だって、すぐ3パットをしてしまうけど、ナイス
パットは少なすぎますから。
