3人とも図抜けた成績ではありますが、
その中でも図抜けているのが
ジャンボ尾崎選手です。
 
そして、AONとはいえ、いち早く注目を
浴び、3人の中心にいたのも間違いなく
ジャンボ尾崎選手でした。
 
「ジャンボ」という愛称が
ただ一人、未だに定着していることが
その証だと思います。
 
「コンコルド青木」などと呼ぶ人は、
今やどこにもいません。
 
で、現在。
3人の置かれている位置はどうでしょうか？
 
いろいろな言い方が出来るとは思うのですが、
結局は人間性、もしくは人間性をどう思われたのか？
という気がします。
 
その象徴として未だによく言われるのが
ジャンボのフェアウェイ上での喫煙です。
 
実際に見たことはないため、
頻度だとかは知りません。
 
でも、エチケットを守らない傲慢な人間
と思われたことはいろんな面に
影響を与えたと思います。
 
でも、これ、実はジャンボに
限ったことではないんですよね。
 
本人はたいしたことないと思っていても、
フェアウェイ上で喫煙する人を
自分のことしか考えない人と思う人もいます。
 
目土をする人からすれば、
目土砂の設置場所に吸い殻を捨てる人は
ゴルフ場に来て欲しくない人物№1です。
 
ゴルフ場は来場者の方々がそれぞれ
エチケットを守ることで全員が気持ちよく
ラウンドできるようになります。
 
中には「このぐらい」と思われることもある
とは思いますが、全員が気持ちよくラウンド
できますようご協力をお願いいたします。

AON: The Era of Aoki, Ozaki, and Nakajima II
AON’s achievements have been covered in many different ways,
so here I will only list the number of wins.

All three have outstanding results,
but the one who stands out the most is Jumbo Ozaki.
 
And even though it was AON,
Jumbo Ozaki was the one who quickly attracted attention and was at the center of the three.
 
I think the fact that the nickname “Jumbo” is still used by only one person is proof of that.
 
There is no one who calls him “Concorde Aoki” anymore.
 
So, where are the three of them now?
 
I think there are many ways to explain it,
but in the end, I think it comes down to what kind of person the person is, or what people think of them as a person.
 
One of the most commonly mentioned symbols of this is Jumbo‘s smoking on the fairway.
 
I’ve never actually seen it, so I don’t know how often it happened.
 
But I think it affected a lot of people to be seen as an arrogant person who doesn’t follow etiquette.
 
But this isn’t just limited to Jumbo.
 
Even if the person himself thinks it’s no big deal, some people may see those who smoke on the fairway as selfish.
 
From the perspective of someone who applies topsoil,
people who throw cigarette butts in areas where topsoil is applied
are the number one person they don’t want on their golf course.
 
From the perspective of someone who repairs divots,
someone who throws cigarette butts in the sand area used for repairs is the number one person they don’t want on the golf course.
 
At golf courses, if all visitors observe etiquette,
everyone can have a pleasant round.
